Hermann Hesse wrote the following in his novel Steppenwolf:

‘There is no reality except the one contained within us. That is why so many people live such an unreal life. They take the images outside them for reality and never allow the world within to assert itself.’

These words by the renowned German author perfectly express the Gnostic view regarding the human condition: one that is severely impaired and conditioned by our false vision of reality. This extraordinary quote also gives us a glimpse at the solution.

This cycle of lectures is particularly intended for those who seek to ‘allow the world within to assert itself,’ for those who are ready to explore themselves and know themselves, in order to attain Complete Self-Realisation — this meaning the full development of all infinite possibilities that are latent in every human being.
